4. Elect a Chair and Vice-Chair of the Governing Board for FY20. (APPROVAL)
5. Adopt the final FY 2019/2020 (FY20) Budget and appropriate cash spending of $130,544,054. (APPROVAL)
6. Approve Change Order No. 22 to Agreement No. C0711 with Pacific Railway Enterprises, Inc. (PRE), for on-call signal engineering design services, which will extend the term for one year through June 30, 2020 and add $50,000 to the contract value. Authorize the Chief Executive Officer or Chief Financial Officer to execute said Change Order. (APPROVAL)
7. It is recommended that the Governing Board adopt the proposed Resolution in order to bring ACTA’s designated employer health plan contribution into compliance with the new CalPERS regional alignment. (APPROVAL)
8. Approve the proposed amendment to Agreement No. C0337 with North American Emergency Management (NAEM) for emergency preparedness planning of the annual emergency drill to add $20,000 and extend the term one year through June 30, 2020; and authorize the Chief Executive Officer or Chief Financial Officer to execute said amendment. (APPROVAL)
9. Authorize staff to issue a task order for flagging services in the amount of $100,000 under Alameda Corridor Maintenance Agreement No. C0885 with RailWorks Track Services, Inc. (RailWorks) and authorize the Chief Executive Officer or Chief Financial Officer to execute said task order. (APPROVAL)
